This page explains how to ask us to delete your KEB Racing account, what happens to your data when you do, and what we are required to keep.

How to request deletion

Email info@karting-events.com from the email address registered to your KEB Racing account. Sending from the registered address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
Put “Account deletion request” in the subject line. You don't need to give a reason.
We reply to confirm we've received it, then delete your account. The whole process is completed within 30 days of your request.

Prefer to phone? Call +359 877 919 914, or write to Karting Events Bulgaria LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account — the request above is the only way.

What is deleted

Everything personal to you is removed from our systems:

Your account — email address, username and password
Your profile — first and last name, phone number, nationality, profile photo
Your team memberships and any pending team invitations you sent or received
Your device records and push notification tokens, so notifications stop
Your notification history

What is kept, and for how long

Two things survive deletion. Both are narrow, and neither is used to contact you again.

Published race results and standings	Results are the historical record of the championship and cannot be rewritten after the fact	Retained as part of the championship archive
Server access logs containing your IP address	Security and abuse prevention	12 months from the date of the request, then deleted

If you want your name removed from published results as well, say so in your email and we will consider it against our obligation to keep an accurate championship record.

Photos and video from events

We photograph and film our events. Deleting your account does not automatically remove material that shows you, because it isn't stored against your account. To object to its use, say so in the same email and we will stop using material that identifies you and remove it from channels we control.

Your other rights

You can also ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or object to specific processing without deleting your account. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full list and how to exercise each one. If you think we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at www.cpdp.bg.
